Your order goes through two phases before it is delivered:

1. Order Processing Time: This is the time required to prepare your order for shipment, including ensuring availability in some cases and packaging.

Order processing time: Items will be shipped within 24 hours of placing your order, unless otherwise stated. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 CET, excluding public holidays). All orders placed during national holidays will be shipped the next business day.

2. Delivery time: This is the time required to receive your order after your order is shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and delivery methods. We ship worldwide, but some countries have import regulations that slow down the transportation of hemp-based products. We ship our products from our warehouses in Bulgaria or the UK using a standard postal service, a local courier with cash on delivery (door to door) or DHL with express delivery.

We update our list of countries that we supply regularly, taking into account the regulations in those countries. Please visit this page periodically to see which other countries have been added. It is your responsibility as a customer to know local laws and regulations before ordering. There are currently many countries that allow CBD based products to be traded and sold. Please contact your local authorities before placing an order. By purchasing, you demonstrate a clear understanding that we sell CBD (cannabidiol) hemp extract products.
